At the end of this course, the students; 1) Discuss topics related to corporate governance and make interpretations on how companies will survive when they realize their responsibilities and obligations; 2) Explain the relationship between corporate strategy and corporate governance; 3) Understand how the framework and the structure of the board of directors; 4) Observe the difference between company management and corporate governance clearly; 5) Have an understanding of the maximization of corporate value.

COURSE DEFINITION
Corporate governance is, in particular, a synthesis of disciplines of finance, management and law. We will first discuss what corporate governance is and its principles, the factors that trigger corporate governance in the world, the rights of shareholders in companies, the responsibilities of management boards, how they should be formed, and the rights of stakeholders.
