Specific Admission Requirements
The admission process and admission requirements are subject to the Başkent University Graduate Studies and Examination Regulations/Instructions. Besides, the applicants to the Audiology Ph.D. program should meet the following criteria:
a) Applicants should hold a master's degree in "Audiology" or "Audiology, Speech and Voice Disorders". The students who earned their master's degree from a foreign country should hold an accreditation document given by the Turkish Higher Education Board (YÖK).
b) Applicants should get a minimum score of 65 in ALES examination. International examinations that are recognized as equivalent to ALES by the Turkish Higher Education Board (YÖK), such as GRE or GMAT are also accepted on the condition that the scores received are not less than the minimum standard score determined by the Higher Education Board.
c) Applicants should get a minimum score of 65 in ÜDS or a score that matches 65 in another examination that is recognized as equivalent to ÜDS by the Turkish Higher Education Board. |
