General Information
The Department of Pediatric Dentistry was established in 2006. It is located at Faculty of Dentistry close to the Baskent University, Faculty of Medicine, in Emek.Currently, 2 Associate Professor, 1 Assistant Professor and 2 specialist doctors are currently working at the Department as full-time. The decisions related with the Department are made by the Department Committee which is composed of all faculty members of the Department. The Department is governed by the Chairman and a deputy chairman.
Along with postdoctoral programme, the pediatric dentisrty department plays role ın the undergraduate programme of Faculty of Dentistry since 2006-2007 academic year. Although education is primarily in Turkish, dental literature and text books are being followed in English.
