General Information
Biomedical Equipment Technology program offers a period of two years technical education on biomedical technology. Students are selected among graduates high schools regarding the scores achieved in Fundamental Proficiency Test(TYT) which is held by Assessment Selection and Placement Center(OSYM). The program has quota for40 students each year. 4 of the students are given full scholarship , 30 of the students are given 50% scholarship, 4 of the students are given 25% scholarship and 2 students are without scholarship (full price). The curriculum includes courses infundamental sciences, theoretical electric and electronics as well as practical applications, elective courses to improve skills in professional field or other fields. Furthermore, students are required to participate in a 30 days of internship in appropriate organizations.4 full time teaching staff is working in our department. Additional teaching staff from Engineering faculty also gives lectures in our program.
