General Information
Three professor, one associate professor, two lecturer and a biologist are employed in the Department of Physiology as academic staff. The department is responsible from the Physiology education given to Class I,II of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry. Medical Physiology is a science that examines the functions of cells, tissues, organs and systems that make up the human structure, the mechanisms of fulfillment of these functions, the cause-effect connections, and the relationships of these structures with each other and with the outside world. Physiology try to explain them based on the results of experiments with scientific methods.
