At the end of this course, the students; 1) know the mechanisms of matter and energy transfer in biological systems and can make calculations of human energy requirement. 2) know the mathematical background of the origin of resting potential in the cell. 3) explain the emergence mechanism of action potential 4) explain how electrical signals within the body can be measured outside the body. 5) know the mathematics of the origin of ECG. 6) can examine the operation of the circulatory system in terms of mathematical explanation.
