1) Explain the theoretical information about nature of organizations, process of organization and management.
2) Know and explain objectives and types of firms, business system, foundation of business, legal structure of firms.
3) Know and explain main functions of businesses, production, marketing, finance, human recourse management, public relations, decision making.
