At the end of this course, the students;
1) Demonstrate an understanding and an application of the mechanics of the warm-up and strategies.
2) Demonstrate an understanding and an application of the mechanics of the passing, different types of instep shot, head shot, receiving, shielding and tackling, direct shot and goal keeping.
3) Demonstrate an understanding and an application of the mechanics of individual-team defence and team attacks.
