Initial examination and medical treatment is free of charge at the Student Health Center. Following this, in the cases which require further tests and treatment, the student is sent to the Başkent University Hospital and the expenses for the follow-up stages are covered by the social security institution of the student or his family. The cost of emergency medical treatment is mainly covered by the University.
