Student Affairs Office

The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs has been established to deal with student affairs centrally. All student files are prepared and preserved here. The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs staff welcomes the new students on their first day at the university. They advise and help the students all through their tuition period, starting from the enrolment procedures to graduation. The students can easily contact the related specialists for their problems. The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs mainly carries out the following tasks:
  • Preparing student certificates
  • Preparing student identity cards
  • Preparing transcripts
  • Following fee and scholarship procedures
  • Providing assistance as regards military service postponement
  • Dealing with graduation procedures
  • Preparing statistical information
