LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) will have an ability to interpret Classical, Neo-Classical, Modern, and Neo-Modern management approaches in terms of TQM view, 2) will have an ability to apply basic management functions in terms of TQM view, 3) will have an ability to organizational structures on the basis of criteria used in the course.
