COURSE DEFINITIONConcept of composition (written narration), the place and importance of composition in daily life, written narration, varieties of written narration, the structure of written narration and its rules, choosing and limitating of the topic in written narration, methods of material collection related to the topic. The plan in written narration, plan types, purposes and benefits of plan in written narration. Perspective, gist, secondary opinions and etc. Paragraph, types of paragraph, analyses on paragraphs, Practices on introduction, development and conclusion parts of the literary works; written narration practices (story, article, essay, autobiography etc). The practices on redaction of the compositions. Analyzing the texts chosen from Turkish and word literature.

1st Week Concept of composition (written narration), the place and importance of composition in daily life,
2nd Week Written narration, varieties of written narration, the structure of written narration and its rules,
3rd Week Choosing and limitating of the topic in written narration, methods of material collection related to the topic.
4th Week The plan in written narration, plan types, purposes and benefits of plan in written narration
5th Week Perspective, gist, secondary opinions and etc.
6th Week Paragraph, types of paragraph, analyses on paragraphs,
7th Week Analyses on paragraphs,
8th Week Mid-term Exam
9th Week Practices on introduction, development and conclusion parts of the literary works,
10th Week Practices on introduction, development and conclusion parts of the literary works,
11th Week Written narration practices (story, article, essay, autobiography etc),
