LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to explain the concepts of technology transfer contracts and its place in Private International Law 1.1.Define the outline of concepts of technology transfer contracts in Comparative Law and EU Law 2. Explain issues relating to conflict of laws on some technology transfer contracts such as pantent license, know-how as well as franchise. 2.1 Will be able to explain the objective and subjective choice of law rules relating to those agreements 3.Will be able to define the concept ?joint venture?. 4. Will be able to define opinions on doctrine relating to law applicable to technology transfer contracts 5. Will be able to determine jurisdiction of Turkish Courts on technology transfer contracts.
