LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Be able to have information about constitutional economy. 2) Be able to establish the realtions of fiscal rule and constitutional economy. 3) Be able to have analyze of welfare state and optimal state. 4) Be able to handdle the regional development and localization within the context of public choice theory. 5) Be able to establish the relations of rent seeking, degeneration and fiscal rule.
