COURSE DEFINITIONThis course aims at studying and evaluating of economic and financial analysis of marriages and overtakings and the results the cases of marriages and overtakings, the control of marriages and overtakings within competition law, the investigation of the institution of competition and duration of permission, the study of the releated judgements of the Institution of Competition and Council of State.
