1) 1. Define the analytic structure required to plan and evaluate the restructure of the organization
2) 2. Compare and select the best assestment tools for mergers, acquisitions.
3) 3. Compare different payment models.
4) 4. Define the institutional structure of the firm and evaluate , the effects of this structure on market value of the firm and importance of this structure for shareholders,
5) 5. Command on the financial and legal environment of the firms during overseas mergers and acquisitions.
