LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Determine the relations between workers and employers. 2) Prepare Social security documents. 3) Know about agreement, employment contract liabilities arising from the business relationship that is terminated and collective bargaining law 4) Follow Business and social security procedures.

COURSE DEFINITION	In this course, the general principles of business law, fundamental concepts, the regulation of the relationship between employer and employee, the law of syndicate and collective bargaining, and the peacefull resolution of strike, lock-out and labor disputes will be examined.
