COURSE DEFINITIONCurrent topics in finance and accounting are discussed in this course.Students, Global Developments in the World Economy and Financial Markets, Global Crisis, which started in 2008 and still has its effects in this context; Current Regulations on Financial Markets and Capital Markets; Kamuyu Aydınlatma, Accounting / Financial Reporting Standards; Independent Auditing and Standards; Rating; Manipulation of Abuse and Financial Information in Businesses;Corporate Governance Principles and Independent Board Membership;Institutional Investors;6102 (New) Turkish Commercial Code;Recent Developments and Exchange on Stock Markets Istanbul;Recent Developments in Banking Sector and Basel III;They will be familiar with up-to-date accounting and finance issues such as Virtual Money-Bitcoin, Forex and Housing Finance System and current debates on these issues.
