LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) The historical and intellectual context and development of the European Union?s Comstitutional system, 2) The governmental structure, fundamental organs and the functioning of the European Union, and 3) Judicial system of the European Union.

COURSE DEFINITION	Legal order and law in European Union affects all member countries but also candidates. In this sense it is important for Turkey. Union Law mainly depends on international agreements signed by member states and regulations accepted by EU authorities. This course aims discuss main titles of EU's system and the structure which causes this system and its affects on the members of European Union.
