At the end of this course, the students; 1) The historical development, content and limits of the right to information, The current status of the right to information in constitutional law they have knowledge about. 2) The functioning of the Information Evaluation Board and the current structure of the organization they have knowledge about. 3) In which cases and how the application to the Information and Evaluation Board is made, Forms and processes of application to the board, board decisions they have knowledge about. 4) They have information about the place of the Right to Obtain Information in the international dimension. 5) In all these cases, the Freedom of Information Law have knowledge of the provisions. 6) They have information about the place of the Right to Obtain Information in Turkish Law. 7) They have information about the usage of the Right to Obtain Information.
