| COURSE DEFINITION | Offences against the public refers to a very comprehensive part of the Turkish Penal Code between articles 170 and 246. Related crimes are frequently encountered in criminal law practice. The aim of the course is to make detailed analysis on the types of offences by making in-depth examines about the offences under the title of offences against the public. At the end of the course, it is aimed that the student will have knowledge about offences creating general danger, offences against the environment, public health, public confidence, public peace, public morals, the family order. |
