| COURSE DEFINITION | Offenses against the persons represent a very comprehensive part of the Turkish Penal Code between articles 81 and 169. At the same time, related crimes are among the most common crimes in criminal law practice. The aim of the course is to make detailed analysis on the types of offences by making in-depth examines about the offences under the title of offences against the persons. At the end of the course, it is aimed that the student will have information about offences against life, physical integrity, sexual integrity, liberty, dignity, property. |
