COURSE DEFINITION | Criminal Procedure Law deals with a series of activities in the nature of claim, defense and trial carried out in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code as a rule, in order to find answers to the questions of whether a crime has been committed, if it has been committed, by
whom it has been committed and what will be the sanction. The aim of the course is to provide students with information about the basic principles of criminal procedure law, which aims to investigate and find the material truth, the applicability of criminal procedure norms, progress of the investigation phase, progress of the prosecution phase, and the legal remedies. |
