COURSE DEFINITIONThis course introduces decisions for healthcare management. The importance of quantitative techniques, linear programming simplex method, sensitivity analyses, transportation and assignment models are introduced, and WINQSB packet program is used in this course. The objective of this course is to familiarize students with quantitative decision making techniques.
