COURSE DEFINITION
In this course, human behaviour in organizations is examined in terms of its impacts on individual, group, and organizational effectiveness. In the individual level, personality, values, perception, motivation; in the group level, group formation, communication, leadership, power-politics, conflict and in the organizational level, structure, technology and organizational culture are discussed with respect to their impacts on personal, group and organizational effectiveness.
