1) Know the basic principles of radar systems.
2) Explain the role of all the parts that make up the radar system.
3) Will be able to analyze and evaluate the performance of the radar system.
4) Know the role of target and environmental factors in determining system parameters.
5) Will be able to compare the different radar systems.

5th Week Radar techniques-Pulse, Pulse Doppler, STAB.
6th Week Radar modes-searching/tracing.
7th Week Antenna Theory-Summary.
8th Week Polarization, Radar cross section.
9th Week Midterm Exam
10th Week Radar Electronic warfare components and electronic protection.
11th Week Radar Electronic Support.
12th Week Radar-Electronic offensive, EH efficiency.
13th Week Radar, ET, ED range equations.
14th Week Specific issues of Radar-EH concern.
