COURSE DEFINITION | Popular culture and trends during the 20th and 21st Century will be the core of this course. The art movement in the 70?s, how art movements developed globally, and the role of art manifestos resulting as all experienced form of life to be exhibited as art work will be discussed. Especially the link between USA, Europe (ZERO Movement) and Japenese art protesting imperialism will be covered as well. The course will also focus on exhibited forms of art work in the city, parks new museums, and modern concept of exhibition methods and in relation with changing society will be examine. |
