LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Gain the command the concepts regarding the transfer of risk via insurance and reinsurance. 2) Have the awareness of the importance of reinsurance in risk tranfer and the logic of reinsurance. 3) Leach the different reinsurance types with implementation examples. 4) In the reinsurance practice, learn the operation, problem solving and run off regulations of reinsurance. 5) Learn the pool implementations with examples. 6) Gain the ability to make reinsurance program. 7) Gain the knowledge command to the domestic and international reinsurance market. 8) Providing the students to see the some reinsurance market actors on work (in İstanbul) to have them gained same practice experience.
