COURSE DEFINITION	The aim of this course is to introduce the regulations about the capital markets in our country. In that respect public offering and issuence of capital market instruments, public disclosure, regulations concerning public companies, collective investment corporations, Turkish Capital Markets Association?s Membership Rules and Capital Market Employees? Ethic Principles will be presented.
