LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Have the knowledge of theories, methods and techniques of scriptwriting 2) Practise scriptwriting for movies 3) Have competence of evaluation for output works with other examples from different genres

COURSE DEFINITION	The writing of script, which is a technical text will be practiced throughout the course.
COURSE CONTENTS	WEEK TOPICS 1st Week Reminding of the contextual and formal writing stages of a script through sample scripts, exercices on sample scripts. 2nd Week Reminding of the contextual and formal writing stages of a script through sample scripts, exercices on sample scripts. 3rd Week Finalization of synopsis writing by identfying the theme and subject. 4th Week Treatment writing 5th Week Treatment writing 6th Week Continuity / Sequence Study / Finalization of cinematographic story. 7th Week Elimination of project deficincies 8th Week Mid-term 9th Week Writing shooting script 10th Week Writing shooting script 11th Week Completing the stage of story board. Editing 12th Week Stages of visual editing, sound(music, dialogues, sound effects) matching. 13th Week Completing final operations concerning the post-production stages of the project.
