At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will have the knowledge of theoretical foundations of human resources management.will understand kinds of human resources management applications and how they are conducted. 2) Will have the knowledge of personnel selection and classification procedures.can identify the link between personnel selection/ classification efforts and communication efforts. 3) Will learn national, international, societal and intercultural dimensions of communication.

COURSE DEFINITION
In this course, the processes of recruiting and personnel selection in Human Resources Management are defined in accordance with the future working conditions of the communication faculty students. Processes, basic practices and the roles that communication graduates can take in some processes are discussed in order to contribute positively to the career development of students.
