LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn rational drug use, 2) Make selection of P-Drug list, determination of P-drug therapy and get ability of editing a prescription 3) Take clinical samples correctly, 4) Deliver clinical samples to the laboratory under appropriate conditions, 5) Learn laboratory practices and reporting.

COURSE DEFINITION	Firstly, it is aimed to introduce students to the rational use of drugs, theoretical knowledge and practical applications of clinical biochemistry, pathology and microbiology laboratories, to teach basic topics in these fields and to gain the ability to examine clinical findings and laboratory resultsbasic topics of medical biochemistry, pathology and microbiology and teach all laboratory procedures. It is planned to provide basic information in these areas with a training program that includes theoretical lessons and laboratory practices.
COURSE CONTENTS	TOPICS 1. The duration of the clinical course is 3 weeks. The training has been created with topics in pharmacology, microbiology, biochemistry and pathology. The details of these main topics and lessons are given below. 2. This training includes features and general operation of laboratories as well as rational drug use. In addition, biosecurity and security measures to be taken in the laboratory are conveyed. Graduates are expected to be able to understand clinical laboratory practices, to interpret the laboratory results by making the required test request. 3. Pharmacology 4. ASSESSMENT METHODS AND CRITERIA	Aims of assessment:A written exam is applied to evaluate the theoretical knowledge and an oral exam is applied to evaluate practical knowledge. The sum of 40% of the written exam score and 60% of practical (oral) exam score constitutes the exam grade.
