LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Makes the diagnosis and plans the treatment in a real patient with a common genitourinary system, dermatological and plastic and reconstructive surgery disease.
2) Makes the differential diagnosis of common genitourinary system, dermatological and plastic and reconstructive surgery symptoms in a real patient.
3) Refers the real patient with a rare genitourinary system, dermatological and plastic and reconstructive surgery disease properly
4) Apply the common medical procedures and interventions of the genitourinary system, dermatology and plastic and reconstructive surgery to the real patient.
5) Refer the real patient properly for the rare medical procedures and interventions of the genitourinary system, dermatology and plastic and reconstructive surgery.
6) Approach systematically, search the related literature and perform evidence-based practice for the differential diagnosis in a real patient with genitourinary system, dermatological and plastic and reconstructive surgery symptoms.
7) Explains the emergency situations, makes diagnosis and treatment direction in rare and/or complicated cases in patients with genitourinary system, dermatological and plastic and reconstructive surgery diseases.

COURSE DEFINITIONA clinical clearkship with case discussions and skill trainings to diagnose and treat the common genitourinary system, dermatological and plastic and reconstructive surgery diseases, to refer the patient with a rare disease properly, to explain the emergency situations and to make the direction of diagnosis and treatment in those cases, to apply the common and to direct the rare medical procedures and interventions of the genitourinary system, dermatology and plastic and reconstructive surgery.
COURSE CONTENTS
TOPICS
1.Composed of 11 tasks, each with different symptom packages. The symptoms within each task are handled by the lecturers of the related branch/branches. These tasks are:
2.1. High-risk Pregnancy, Amenorrhea, Dysmenorrhea, Abnormal Uterine Hemorrhage
3.2. Sexual dysfunction / problems, Hirsutism, Infertility, Gynecomastia
4.3. Anuria, Oliguria, Urinary Retention
5.4. Dysuria, Urine Discoloration, Urethral Discharge, Vaginal Discharge, Side Pain
6.5. Enuresis, Urinary Incontinence
7.6. Undescended Testis, Scrotal Pain, Scrotal / Inguinal Mass, Colic Pain
8.7. Pelvic pain, pelvic mass
9.8. Oral Mucosa Lesions, Genital Mucosa Lesions, Skin Rashes / Lesions (maculopapular, bullous, vesicular)
10.9. Changes of skin and skin appendages, Hair Loss, Stings / Bites, Pruritus
11.10. Basic Principle of Tissue Transfer Flaps, Grafts
12.11. Skin Injuries
