At the end of this course, the students; 1) students know the elements of communication process and they discuss the obstacles of right communication 2) they know the elements of non-verbal communication and describe its importance on communication 3) they know the elements of erbal communication and describe its importance on communication. They also know the methods of phone communication and communication with angry people. 4) They know the rules of written communication and methods of legal-illegal communication. 5) They know e-communication and its importance in communication 6) They know the relationship between listeninig-hearing and importance of perception. 7) They know the importance of values and culture in communication and describe effects of cultural differences on communication 8) They know the importance and elements of marketing communication
