At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn the rules to which they are subject while practicing their profession, 2) Learn the technical, scientific knowledge and methodologies required for the solution of hospital forensic problems,medicolegal problems on healt care ınstitutions an hospitals 3) Learn the regulations and evaluations related to health in Turkish Law.

COURSE DEFINITION
Health and law concepts, effects and relationships to each other, the concept of health law, the importance of health law on public law and private law, private the legal responsibilities of healthcare institutions and organizations, legal and moral responsibilities, rights and duties of health personnel, the legal analysis of family planning, blood transfusions, organ transplantation, the legal evaluation of euthanasia are included in this course.
