1) Sample collection from milk and dairy products
2) Sensory analysis in raw milks
3) Detection of protective and neutralizing substance
4) Pollution test in raw milk
5) Detection of antibiotic and inhibitor substance in milk
6) Acidification activity in milk, detection of density, dry matter, fat, specific weight and protein
7) Homogenization and heat treatment control
8) Analyses in cheese, yogurt, cream, butter and ice cream
