At the end of this course, the students; 1) Improve the skills of designing strategic planning process for retailers. 2) Explore the factors that affect consumers' different purchasing act. 3) Demonstrate an understanding of the effect of retailing markets on retailing logistics. 4) Take an active role in individual and group discussions about retailing logistics. 5) Demonstrate an understanding of the effect of retailers on effective and efficient operation of supply chain. 6) Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of information exchange and integration between supply chain members.
