At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to explain Classical, Neo-Classical and Modern Management Approaches. 2) Will be able to explain the reasons for restructuring organizations and new organizational structures. 3) Gains conceptual knowledge of the new concepts of management science (Green Management, Corporate Governance, Diversity Management, Digital Transformation) and its use. 4) Will be able to explain the restructuring of processes conceptually.

This course is designed to teach associate degree students contemporary approaches to management at a conceptual level.
