1st Week Complementary elements in computer aided manufacturing, cutting tools used in CNC milling and milling
2nd Week Connecting the workpieces in CNC Milling Machines, Fanuc Control Units, Part zeroing and tool calibration in CNC Milling Machines
3rd Week Programming of CNC machines
4th Week Cutting tools used in CNC lathes, connecting parts in CNC lathes
5th Week Part zeroing and tool calibration in CNC lathes, programming of parts in CNC lathes
6th Week Programming parts in CNC lathes
7th Week Numerical Control, Areas of use of CNC machines, Structure of CNC machines, Computer Aided Design 'CAD', Computer Aided Manufacturing 'CAM', CNC Milling Tools used, holders and cutting tools
8th Week Midterm
9th Week Standard clamping elements, clamping dies, Introduction to programming in CNC machines, Introduction to simulation programs
10th Week Introduction of reference points in CNC milling cutters, Measuring tool lengths and transferring them to machine memory, Types of cutting movements in CNC machines, Basic axis tools, Absolute and additive, angular identification system
11th Week Introduction of basic G-M codes, G00, G01, G04, G28, G20, G21 and so on. Applications, Program writing according to ISO system, Examples, Application,
12th Week Fanuc Control panel introduction, input of a milling part program example written according to Fanuc control unit, into swansoft (simulation) program
13th Week Technical drawing of a machine part that can be machined in milling, writing and processing in simulation program
14th Week Technical drawing of a machine part that can be machined in milling, writing and processing in simulation program
