At the end of this course, the students; 1) Have knowledge about sugar beat plant production, sugar technologhy and confectionery technology. 2) Have knowledge about tea production and its technology. 3) Have knowledge about cocoa production and technology,have knowledge about chocolate technology. 4) Have knowledge about coffee production and technology. 5) Have knowledge about spices, traditional products and fermented products.
