At the end of this course, the students; 1) Understands the effects of attitudes, perceptions, personality and values on behavior in organizations 2) Explain relationships and human behavior in organizations using theoretical knowledge about organizational behavior. 3) Apply the theoretical knowledge about organizational behavior to behavioral and managerial problems. 4) Explain individual and group behaviors in the light of the concepts of structure, culture, power, leadership theories and group dynamics in organizations. 5) Explains the concepts of job satisfaction, motivation, conflict, stress and justice in the context of organizational behavior and their managerial outputs. 6) Learns knowledge of intercultural differences

COURSE DEFINITION
The course, which is important in terms of preparation for business life, primarily focuses on personality, attitudes, perception, motivation, and the reasons for individual differences in these matters, which are effective in social relations and individual decision-making. All other concepts; group behaviors and communication, power and politics, conflict management, leadership practices, organizational culture and cultural differences, change and stress in organizations, which the individual will frequently encounter within the groups and organizational structure in which he will be a part, are built on this foundation.
