At the end of this course, the students; 1) Students learn the financial implications of the transportation planning process due to economic concepts of supply and demand. 2) Students use a variety of data collection and estimation techniques and learn how to use the principles of network design and modeling techniques. 3) Students can use expert evaluation and monitoring techniques. 4) Students determine project, price evaluation, and understand the requirements for social assistance and other results.
