At the end of this course, the students;
1) Know the fundamental concepts about quality and Total Quality Management
2) Know the fundamental concepts about quality culture, quality costs, customer satisfaction and loyalty, leadership and teamwork.
3) Know and use quality management tools and techniques, problem solving tools and continuous improvement methods.
4) Understand Process Management and Benchmarking.
5) Have knowledge about Quality Assurance and Quality Standards.
