At the end of this course, the students; 1) Comprehends the legal relations within the subject of commercial law, why commercial law is an important branch of law and the sources of commercial law, 2) Defines trade, trade relationship, elements and concepts of commercial enterprise, 3) Understands the legal reasons of liability in commercial law, 4) Comprehends the duties of commercial courts.

COURSE DEFINITION
In the Commercial Law, (Commercial Business Law) course, the basic concepts of commercial law and commercial business, which constitutes an important institution of commercial law; also, merchant and the consequences of being a merchant, trade registry, trade name and business name, unfair competition, commercial books, current account, agency, broker, commercial provisions and legal transactions on commercial enterprise, commercial enterprises; trading companies, commercial papers will be examined and learned.
