2) Turn marketing problem into research question
3) Know how to run the marketing research process

5) Know the strengths and weaknesses of alternative research designs
6) Can comprehend the areas of qualitative and quantitative research methods together with their applicability and limitations
7) Can collect, analyze and interpret data
