At the end of this course, the students; 1) Relations between marketing research and decision making 2) Turn marketing problem into research question 3) Know how to run the marketing research process 4) Understand what kind of research is done in which market conditions and the effect of these conditions on research 5) Know the strengths and weaknesses of alternative research designs 6) Can comprehend the areas of qualitative and quantitative research methods together with their applicability and limitations 7) Can collect, analyze and interpret data 8) Can use SPSS program
