LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) With on-the-job training, the transformation of theoretical knowledge into practice is gained. 2) To develop a sense of personal responsibility in the workplaces where they will work as a professional staff. 3) Improves communication skills and ability to express oneself 4) Recognizes Employer-Employer Relationships and gains working experience in the relevant sector 5) Knows the rules (working hours, dress code, subordinate-superior relationship, etc.) to be followed in the business.

COURSE DEFINITION	''KMYO204-Workplace Practice'' course is also called ''vocational and technical practical training on the job'' application. This course has been themed as ''3+1'' and has been designed and created in order to make practical applications for our students in enterprises and institutions. IV. Our students who successfully pass the semester (for details, see the Workplace Practice Directive) will go to the workplaces that they can find or arrange themselves or directed by our college and will spend one semester (on average, 78 days - 3.5 months) by doing professional and technical practice in this workplace. In this way, the student will graduate as an experienced student who knows the sector and will have entered the business life even before graduating.
