COURSE DEFINITIONIn this course it is planning to examine the subjects like communication and organizational communication, ways of being successful in business life. According to this, the communication styles between hierarchical levels, importance of creating effective communication in the recruitment process, problems in the communication process and solutions to the communication problems will be observed.
