COURSE DEFINITION
This course aims to teach the basic principles of the labour and social security law and intends to prepare students for professional life. The course involves the issue of Labour Law, the concept of worker, the concept of employer, employer's representative and the basic concepts of business; application of labour law, labour contracts, labour regulations, wage, union rights and other rights provided to employees. Also, it contains the functions of Turkish Social Security System, social risks, concepts such as social insurance, insurance, premiums and premium documents and also the types of social insurance.
