At the end of this course, the students; 1) Are able to explain the basic concepts about productivity. 2) Are able to form specific measures for actual problems via productivity indicators 3) Understand the dimensions of productivity at firm level 4) Are able to perform productivity measurement at firm level 5) Are able to comprehend the issue of productivity management 6) Are able to define productivity problems of worklife and enterprises 7) Are capable of developing plans and projects in order to solve productivity problems 8) Understand the relationship between information technologies and productivity
