| COURSE DEFINITION | This course is designed to give the general principles of commerce law, such as, commercial enterprise, concept of company, classification of commercial companies, ordinary partnership, unlimited company, Commodity Company and joint stock corporations, concept of commercial papers, the types of commercial papers regulated by the Commerce Code.
